An the red colour takes care of increased visibility.

Easy installation & transportation
The barrier ballast blocks fit between the vertical bars of the fixed leg barriers and rest on the fixed legs, increasing the overall strength and stability of the barrier. The blocks can be stacked on top of each other, that's a big win for easy transportation and storage.
