OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE |
To deliver and collect Heras mobile products whilst adhering to delivery timescales and meet customer expectations. The role will include making the most effective use of load schedules with a balance against cost efficiencies for customers. Yard duties will be also form part of the role. You will be the first point of contact for customers. You are also expected to undertake Yard tasks such as stacking materials and helping with stock counts.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & REQUIREMENTS |
This role will require extensive travel within a 200 mile radius of the central depot. It also includes outdoor working and as such, will require you to work in all different weather conditions incorporating health and safety requirements.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION – TASK RELATED |
- Ensure stock control systems are accurate and fully auditable
- Ensure yard organisation is maintained and meets health and safety standards
- Complete accurate paperwork transactions
- Ensure deliveries are made on time and in full; supporting and enhancing the customer experience
- Maintain company vehicles in a neat, tidy and clean order
- Follow health and safety training and requirements
- Work as part of a multi-skilled team and cover other team duties as required
- Carry out day-to-day work place risk assessments taking any appropriate action
- Build effective relationships throughout the organisation with both colleagues and customers
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required in which you adequately trained to carry out
- Abide by Driving and Working Time Regulations
- Check dates for inspections on slings, HIAB, tachograph and licences for yourself and your vehicles

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING: |
Essential: - Full UK driving license
- Class 2 licence
- HIAB Certificate
- RTITB Fork Lift Truck licence
- Basic numeracy and literacy qualifications
- Basic level of computer skills
- Health and safety awareness
- Manual handling awareness

EXPERIENCE: |
Essential:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Geographical knowledge of the delivery area
Desirable: - Good knowledge of perimeter protection products
