Safety
Our people are our greatest asset and keeping them safe is paramount. That is why our goal is always to have zero fatalities and lost time accidents. The same goes for the customers we work for, the suppliers we work with and the communities in which we work.
Wellbeing
We understand that work is an important part of life, and we want our employees to enjoy their work and be happy. Our goal is to increase our employee Net Promotor Score (eNPS) by 30 points and to see a 10% reduction in the sickness rate and employee attrition rate by 2025.
Diversity
We value diversity and treat all our people with equal respect. We are committed to building a more diverse team and we strive to have a diverse candidate pool in our recruitment processes. We aim to have 20% of every vacant management role filled by a female candidate by 2025.

At Heras Mobile, we want to make a positive change. One way we do this is by creating social commitment. The importance of sponsorship is becoming increasingly prominent in this respect.
