OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE |
To complete operational day-to-day tasks in the material supply Internal Sales department, and increase turnover and maximise profit. The role also includes meeting several KPI’s including but not exclusive to – improving personal conversion rate, helping the team hit revenue and gross margin targets, and customer service goals. The team is also responsible for lead generation and supporting the business achieve strategic goals with work including project databases, finding project leads and distributing them into the business. |
WORK ENVIRONMENT & REQUIREMENTS |
This role is mainly office based but may require occasional travel to visit customers or to other Heras sites. The office environment is a large open plan space and as such you and the team will be expected to work alongside other departments and to maintain an acceptable professional level of behaviour. |
