Vertical vs. horizontal storage

However, horizontal storage is somewhat easier to use. With vertical storage, the tube of the construction fence must be slotted onto the push-on tube. This means dented pipes won't fit properly. Dirt or ice in the pipe can also make
things harder and has to be removed before stacking. The horizontal transport rack consists of 4 pipes on the sides and the fence panels can simply be pushed all the way to the back 2 pipes. Once all the panels are stacked just mount the 2 front tubes.
