COVID-19 update

We don’t need to tell you that COVID-19 is having a huge impact on society. We see it every day. It’s affecting everyone’s daily lives, including at Heras Mobile Fencing & Security. We’re receiving lots of questions – very understandably – about how we're dealing with this situation. You’ll find the most frequently asked questions with answers in this email.

Is Heras Mobile Fencing & Security open?

Yes! We’re available as normal. Our employees are working from home where possible, but you can still contact us via the normal channels (phone and email).

Is production continuing?

Yes, production is continuing. We are of course respecting all the required safety measures in our factories to protect the health of our employees, and have adapted our production accordingly.

Is Heras Mobile still making deliveries?

Yes. Nothing has changed here. We can deliver to your site as normal. We are however asking you to respect the applicable guidelines. So keep your distance from our drivers.

Are delivery times longer?

No. Delivery times remain unchanged. Even overnight deliveries are still possible as normal, as long as you place your order before 10 am.

Is Heras Mobile still visiting sites to provide advice?

Yes. In many cases we can of course provide advice online. But some situations require a site visit. That’s no problem. We will respect all the guidelines. Unfortunately this means our advisor will not shake your hand. And they will keep their distance. But this will not affect the advice given.
